Here at BHSA we use a number of web-based tools.
Our main form of communication will be via email. All of our letters as well as your daughter/ward's reports and grade grids will arrive via email attachments. Therefore, it is very important that we hold your current email address on record.
The following websites help us manage and control your and your daughter/ward's data in a safe and secure way.

Firefly This will allow you to view you daughter/ward’s home learning tasks, attendance and all of her reports and grade grids. https://bhsa.fireflycloud.net/ App* available. |

ParentPay If you need to make a payment to the Academy, you will have to use ParentPay. This could be topping up a lunch account or paying for a trip.

Parents’ Evening System We now use the Parents’ Evening system to allow you to book your appointments at a time that is convenient for yourself. https://parents-booking.co.uk/bhsa

SIMS Parent App This App will be used annually in September for you to check and/or amend data held by the academy for your daughter/ward and will be available throughout the year should you need to make any further changes. App* available. |

SeeSaw This is only used by parents of Nursery and Reception children. It allows us to record and monitor activities and progress in early year development. App* available. |
